I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am moving to Chiang Mai in July and I am looking for a 1 year contract for a condo/apartment near Americana Chinese international school (Nong Phueng).
I will be using public transport to commute so it’s important to be in close proximity.
In an ideal world I would like the following:
air-conditioning
separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen
communal pool and gym
not too far from old city
balcony or a view other than a building wall
natural light and windows are non-negotiable (claustraphobic)
fully furnished (washing machine and a stove would be a bonus)
-budget 10 000 bhat
So my question is, has anyone found a place like this, or can offer suggestions or insight to places I could view/ should avoid or agents I can get in touch with?
I have searched on all the most popular websites and reached out to some agents but looks can be deceiving so personal experience or insight would be great!
