The city of Hudson opted in to Good Cause Eviction law on Tuesday.
HUDSON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The city of Hudson opted in to Good Cause Eviction law on Tuesday.
It joins Albany, Kingston, Poughkeepsie, and others that have also opted into the statewide legislation that gives renters more rights and offers fewer exemptions for landlords.
Only one council member voted against it.
