EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) -You can experience the sights, smells, and tastes of the Mediterranean this weekend without having to leave Hampden County!

The annual Taste of Greece is back in East Longmeadow!

For over 20 years the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Luke has hosted the community for this two-day event. Free to the public, this event shares culture and Greek food at a small cost, to fundraise for the church.

The annual event brings the community closer each year. “We have the local priest, we have the local people from the synagogue, we invite everyone, every culture, we want them here,” says Co-Chair Stephanie Bologa.

The Taste of Greece continues on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Greek Orthodox Church of St.Luke in East Longmeadow. Live music and Greek dancers are set to perform at 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
