New York State Police reported the arrest of a Niskayuna man following a sex crime investigation.
NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (NEWS10) — New York State Police reported the arrest of a Niskayuna man following a sex crime investigation. Tucker Cherry, 19, was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.
Cherry is accused of having images depicting the sexual exploitation of children while in Glenville. He was taken into custody on October 17 in a collaboration between state police, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.
Cherry was released after being issued an appearance ticket for November 21 at Glenville Town Court.
