The crash involved one vehicle, a Rugged Terrain Vehicle or RTV, driven by an eight-year-old male.


Two teens injured in late night shooting in Kalihi

The passenger, a 13-year-old boy, was killed after the RTV veered off the roadway near the 72-1000 block of Puukala Road. The vehicle then hit a rock embankment and overturned. The teen was ejected from the vehicle and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

The eight-year-old sustained minor injuries.
