“The Art Of Sharing” brings together Igniv Bangkok and Singapore’s Nae:Um on Oct 29. Igniv head chef Arne Riehn will join forces with Nae:Um head chef Louis Han’s contemporary Seoul cuisine. Courses will consist of multiple dishes served at once for diners to enjoy in harmony in a five-sequence sharing experience. This is the first collaborative edition of “The Art Of Sharing”. At the one-day-only event, lunch and dinner diners can expect a harmonious blend of Swiss, Thai and contemporary Korean influences, showcasing the chefs’ shared dedication to creating meaningful, memorable dining experiences through their imaginative use of ingredients and storytelling through food.
